montratec GmbH, with the mission statement "Intralogistics can be this smart", is a medium-sized, globally positioned high-tech company with its headquarter in Dauchingen, Germany. Through the monorail transport system montrac®, the company supports the smarter, faster and more efficient design of complex, in-plant transport tasks and assembly processes.
Production processes between robots and workstations can thus be flexibly linked. montrac® is a modular monorail transport system. It is based on a modular principle which can be continuously expanded and also reduced again. Thus, the automation and transport system helps to individually and flexibly design and network the customers' production and logistics processes.

montrac® offers you maximum efficiency, reliability and flexibility. Thanks to the modular, simple system design, montrac® adapts to any situation, whether anchored to the floor or to the ceiling.
The monorail transport system consists of five main components: The Shuttles, the Tracs, the TracSet, the Peripherals and the Control System. The self-driving shuttles form the heart of the system. They transport goods of up to 70 kilos. The Tracs on which the Shuttles travel can be connected to each other in a modular way. The TracSet is installed under the Tracs. It acts as a secure base for the monorail system. Manual workstations can be integrated into the system as well. Ergonomic manual work is possible through the use of support, positioning and folding devices. TracControl elements, which are fed with layout data, are used to control the system.

montrac® Shuttles
montrac® TracSet, Rail System and Peripherals
montrac® Trac is compatible with the TracSet profile system. Components such as curves, junctions, switches and lifts are all available to enable flexible routing.
The montrac® transport system offers a number of practical peripheral components to meet specific work centre and automatic assembly area requirements.
