On IAS 2023, Wachendorff will present the WDGN series incremental encoder configuration via NFC, the ultra-compact length measuring system LMSCA and most compact Industrial Ethernet encoder WDGA 58F.WDGN series incremental encoder that can be individually configured using NFC via a smartphone. The encoder series, with typical diameters of 36 mm and 58 mm, consists of shaft encoders and hollow shaft encoders. Due to high quality electronics, any number of pulses up to 16,384 via NFC configurable.
The new LMSCA length measuring system is just 120 mm long. It can be combined with WDGP series encoders and measuring wheels of 200 mm circumference. It’s a space-saving and reliable complete system for position, speed and length, resolutions of 80 pulses per millimeter or 0.0125 mm per pulse are achievable.
With the WDGA 58F design, Wachendorff has succeeded in constructing the world's smallest Industrial Ethernet encoder design in an axial and radial direction. You can select the protocol (ProfiNet, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP) via web server.
