Securing and Sealing in an Air-Tight Environment
Reacts upon contact with metal and in the absence of oxygen to form a high-strength, vibration- and pressure-resistant bond.
MD Screw retention: Reliably prevents threads from loosening on their own due to vibrations and impacts.
MD Bushing & Bearing Fastener: Secures cylindrical components (e.g., bearings and bushings) in the housing with absolute high strength and zero play.
MD Pipe Thread Sealant: Replaces hemp and Teflon tape in plumbing and industrial applications and immediately seals pipe threads to withstand pressure.
MD surface sealant: Replaces conventional solid seals on metal flanges and gearbox housings to ensure a completely distortion-free and leak-tight seal.
Anaerobic adhesives and sealants are single-component liquid polymers that remain liquid when exposed to air. They only cure once oxygen is completely excluded and there is simultaneous contact with metal – making them ideal for threads.
