About us
AXXERON HESCH electronics GmbH is an OEM partner and supplier for industrial and process automation, with a focus on valve and filter controls. Founded in 1976, the company develops and manufactures industrial electronics for filter and ventilation technology in Germany.
The range covers filter and valve controls from compact units to cleaning controls with up to 1024 valve outputs, differential pressure transmitters and regulators including ATEX and heavy duty versions, multifunction controllers, the HIMOD process I/O system and sensors. HESCH also develops and manufactures customer-specific electronics, certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.

HE 5411 – Differential Pressure Transmitter
The HE 5411 measures differential, positive and negative pressure between two pressure inputs and converts it into a linear or square-root 0(4)…20 mA or 0…10 V signal – ideal for filter monitoring in industrial dust collection systems.
• Measuring ranges from ±1.25 to ±1000 mbar, basic accuracy ±1 %
• 4-digit display, zero-point adjustment, silicone-free design
• ATEX Zone 2 and Zone 22, IP65 housing
• Available as Lite, Basic and Premium version
HE 5422 – Differential Pressure Regulator
The HE 5422 monitors and controls the cleaning of industrial filter systems. A lower and an upper threshold define the cleaning range, so cleaning is only triggered when it is actually needed.
• Measuring ranges ±2.5 to ±1000 mbar, basic accuracy ±1 %
• Analogue output 0…10 V or 0(4)…20 mA, galvanically isolated
• Relay outputs for operation, fault and cleaning signal

HE 5709 – Valve Controller for Filter Cleaning
The HE 5709 is a master controller for 1 to 4 solenoid valves. It optimises filter cleaning in dust extraction systems and cuts compressed air consumption: the pause times are self-optimising and adapt automatically to the current operating conditions.

HE 5713 – Valve Controller for Filter Systems (12–96 valves)
The HE 5713 controls 12 to 96 solenoid valves in industrial filter systems. Instead of fixed thresholds, a freely selectable operating point is defined – the controller derives the optimum, process-adapted pulse and pause times from the process data itself.
• Master unit with 1–12 outputs, expandable to 96 valves via extension units
• Time-controlled or differential pressure-controlled cleaning, automatic pulse time optimisation
• Valve monitoring plus statistics on cycle times and pressure drop
