About us
AXXERON Hydrolux S.à r.l. offers holistic solutions for hydraulic applications, specialising in custom-made (servo) cartridge valves, hydraulic control block systems and die cushion systems - best in class.
Patented (servo-) slip-in cartridge valves to ISO 7368 handle directional, pressure, check and flow control at high flow rates and leakage-free. Control blocks are designed and built for each application and combine with servo valves, hydraulic power units and test controls. Key industries: mechanical and plant engineering, metal forming and presses, die casting, injection moulding, steel production and test rig construction.

Patented slip-in cartridge valves to ISO 7368, sizes 16 to 160 – leakage-free, flow-optimised and highly dynamic.
• 2-way cartridge valves, directional & shut-off (CEE, CCE, CHE): up to 420 bar and 30,000 l/min
• Position-monitored cartridge valves (CSE, RSE): integrated position switch, DGUV-certified
• 2-way cartridge valves, pressure function (DBV, DBM, DBE, DMO, DME, DKO): up to 420 bar and 14,000 l/min
• Servo cartridge valves (X700, DSHR, SE3): closed-loop spool control, up to 420 bar and 25,500 l/min, CANopen and EtherCAT

Hydraulic Manifold Systems
Hydraulic manifolds designed and built for each customer application – to meet exact performance, safety and assembly requirements.
• Modular Hydraulic Service Manifold (M-HSM): provides off / low / high controlled hydraulic pressurisation, available in several design configurations and quickly adaptable to multiple hydraulic test systems
• Integrated hydraulic manifold systems: complete systems consisting of manifold, cartridge valves and high-performance servo cartridge valves with integrated safety functions
Combined on request with servo valves, hydraulic power units and test controls to form a complete system.
Modular Die Cushion System
Highly dynamic die cushion system for deep-drawing in hydraulic, mechanical and servo-mechanical presses – available as a subsystem or as a complete 360° solution including commissioning.
• Cylinders in 5 sizes, 500–2,000 kN, with integrated position measurement over the full stroke
• Die cushion manifold in 4 sizes, flanged directly onto the cylinder, servo valve integrated, safety up to PL e
• Hydraulic power unit in 7 sizes, accumulator adapters from 10 to 50 litres – no additional piping
• Scalable to 1, 2, 4, 6 or 8 axes; analogue or digital valves
Pre-assembled, factory-tested modules cut installation and commissioning time; separate software minimises pressure overshoot.

Servo valves by Schneider Servohydraulics for precise closed-loop control of position, velocity, pressure and force – rated flows from 0.4 to 250 l/min.
