About us
IgH Gesellschaft für Ingenieurleistungen mbH in Essen, Germany, is an engineering company for drive and control technology. Its services cover test rig development, automation technology and engineering for special projects.
The focus is on test rigs and test fields for the aviation industry, fluid technology and mechanical and plant engineering - from feasibility study and design through automation to commissioning and remote diagnostics. A central component is the open source software EtherLab: real-time control and measurement data acquisition based on EtherCAT, in use on all five continents for more than 15 years.
Part of AXXERON: IgH belongs to the AXXERON group for drive and control technology. AXXERON HESCH electronics and AXXERON Hydrolux also exhibit at the German Pavilion.

Customer-specific test rigs for testing and measuring hydraulic components – most of them built to test valves of all kinds.
• Servo valve test rigs; function and dynamic testing of valves; directional valve test rigs
• Camshaft adjuster test rigs and test rigs for gas pressure relief valves
• Filling and testing of accumulator valves
• Cyclic load testing to DIN EN ISO 8434
Many of the rigs work with energy recovery and therefore need particularly little power. IgH covers the whole chain: feasibility study, design, automation, commissioning and remote diagnostics.
Load Test Rigs
Test rigs that load the test item according to defined criteria – with deformations or forces, either held constant over time or following a defined load curve. Every rig is engineered for the specific test task.

Force-Direction Test Rigs
Test rigs that determine the relationship between displacement and force on the test item: either a force is applied and the resulting displacement measured, or a displacement is specified and the resulting force recorded.
